Sinalei Resort & Spa is a premier luxury destination located in Samoa. TropicX Design Studio was tasked with designing and executing a master plan for the development of premium villas, overwater bungalows, and high-end amenities. Completed in 2016 with a construction cost of 20 million AUD, the project reflects a delicate balance between modern luxury and sustainable design principles.
The villas were carefully positioned to provide privacy and direct access to the pristine beachfront and natural surroundings. The project showcases TropicX Design Studio’s expertise in integrating contemporary architecture with eco-conscious practices while maintaining a deep connection to the local culture and environment.
