Project Description

The Bunnings Distribution Center in Rosehill, New South Wales, is a large-scale logistics hub designed to meet the supply chain demands of Bunnings, one of Australia’s leading home improvement retailers. Completed in 2006 with a total construction cost of 30 million AUD, this project was developed to maximize operational efficiency and streamline the company’s distribution processes.

Spanning 28,000 square meters, the center features high-clearance warehouse spaces, optimized traffic flow, and streamlined loading docks to ensure seamless logistics operations. TropicX Design Studio was responsible for the architectural design, focusing on functionality while incorporating modern industrial aesthetics.

The facility is tailored to support Bunnings’ extensive distribution network, ensuring efficient handling of products while minimizing logistical bottlenecks. This state-of-the-art center exemplifies the use of innovative design to create a highly functional space that enhances operational performance and reinforces Bunnings’ commitment to supply chain excellence.
