Completed in 2006 with a construction cost of 10 million AUD, this facility was developed to support seamless courier and freight operations.
Spanning 9,000 square meters, the facility incorporates high-capacity warehousing, dedicated loading bays, and optimized traffic flow to improve handling and distribution. TropicX Design Studio played a critical role in the architectural design of the facility, prioritizing functionality and durability to meet the demands of high-volume operations.
