At TropicX Design Studio, our team’s collective expertise forms the foundation of our success. With a diverse group of 17 professionals, led by Raymond Prasad, we combine individual creativity with a collaborative approach to deliver high-quality architectural and project management solutions. Our team’s extensive knowledge spans architecture, master planning, interior design, and project management, ensuring we meet the unique demands of each client.

1. Administration and Finance
   Our administrative and finance team manages the smooth operation of all projects, overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and organizational processes. This ensures that every project, from inception to completion, is supported by meticulous financial oversight.

2. Architecture / Master Planning / Interior Design
   The design team, led by Raymond Prasad and supported by skilled architects and technicians, brings a wealth of experience in conceptualizing and executing creative, practical, and sustainable design solutions. Whether it’s a large-scale commercial development or a boutique interior, our team approaches each project with innovation, attention to detail, and a commitment to client satisfaction.

   Our Architecture & Master Planning team focuses on creating spaces that reflect our clients’ visions while ensuring functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal. Meanwhile, our Interior Design team tailors interior spaces to enhance comfort, usability, and the brand identity of each project, transforming environments into inspiring, functional experiences.

3. Project Management / Site Attendance
   Our project management team ensures that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. With Josaia Ratunicika as Technical Manager and Charlie Chee as Project Manager, the team oversees all stages of the project, from planning and execution to completion. They work closely with contractors, engineers, and consultants to coordinate every detail, ensuring efficiency and smooth delivery.

Cutting-Edge Technology

Our team is equipped with the latest tools and technologies, allowing us to stay ahead in a competitive industry. We’ve invested in advanced software and hardware infrastructure, including BIM 360, Revit, AutoCAD, Google SketchUp V14, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop. Through regular training with overseas BIM consultants, our staff excels in 3D rendering, project visualization, and effective digital collaboration.

By leveraging these tools, we can offer clients detailed visualizations, accurate project forecasts, and the ability to explore design concepts in an immersive, interactive way. This ensures transparency and effective communication throughout the design and construction process.

TropicX Design Studio operates from two key locations:

• Fiji: Our headquarters are located in Nadi, the heart of Fiji’s design and construction industry. From here, we oversee projects throughout the Pacific, making significant contributions to Fiji’s corporate, hospitality, and public sectors.
• Australia: Our satellite office in Sydney allows us to expand our expertise across Australasia, providing design solutions to clients in both the Pacific and the Australian market​.
